Jan was great. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us navigate the selling process, assisted in getting resources to address issues that were identified and provided advice and guidance to expedite the process, while answering all questions to make us comfortable. She was very hands on and great with reminders to keep us on track. When pressed for time to ensure our open house was held on the desired weekend, she was there helping down the home stretch, grabbing a vacuum to help us get it done. We loved working with her.
