5 STARS ~~ Myself and my fiance have been looking for a multi family house/in-law since January 2020 and we had another real estate agent before her who was never able to close a deal and barley showed us any properties. In June we gave up on him and was introduced to Jan Bruno. We told her our story and she actually fact checked everything our realtor prior was telling us and looked over everything. She does what’s best for the buyer ALWAYS looks out for your best interest. We met her in June and had an offer in after two weeks with her and closed just on 8/27. She has great referrals and we went with everyone she recommended lender, insurance, inspection, etc and all of them were fabulous. I would recommend Jan to everyone and look forward to working with her in the future!
