5 STARS ~~ Wow. After having a tough experience with a realtor, I was referred to Jan. I had no idea how this whole house search experience was suppose to go until I gave Jan a call. When I called her we ended up speaking for a very long time and I could immediately tell she was a very down to earth, solid person. The second she was our realtor, the home search became fun. Jan will give you her flat out honest opinion without forcing you either way and it feels like you are home buying with a friend who is looking out for your best interest. It’s not about making the most possible amount for her, it’s about making sure she knows she leads you to the best house for the best price. She is very knowledgeable of things to look out for, and often would notice things that I did not even notice at first. She immediately can tell if she suspects there is mold somewhere in the home. She is very knowledgeable of many materials in a home. She is just truly a genuinely great person, and I’m so glad that me and my wife had the opportunity to meet her. Not to mention, during the whole stressful process of home buying, you could call or text her at ANY time and she would take the time out of her day to try and get a clear picture of what’s going on in the process and help you out. She never pushed a single house on us, never once tried to rush us into putting an offer in, and we ended up getting an amazing deal on a house, that was actually less expensive than every other house we pursued. I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was using Jan, and I am going to 100% refer her to anybody I know looking for a home. Thank you so much Jan.
