Jan provided a complete booklet that organized all aspects of the home – Title V reports, comparisons, aprasial value, comps, and also a listing of local contractors that we could reach out to for all necessary services if we wanted to. Jan did not influence, rather, she provided insights and pro’s and con’s to all aspects during the decision making process.
