I’ll start by saying Jan is absolutely incredible to work with. She is dedicated, knowledgeable and persistent on the behalf of her clients. My wife and I are very fortunate for the opportunity to work with Jan. We worked together for over a year looking for the perfect home. Throughout that time, Jan went above and beyond her duties as a realtor to ensure we were being taken care of. We decided to sell our home and pursue a new construction home in a very early phase of development. Buying and selling at the same time can be very hectic, even more so with the decisions we had to made for the new construction home. However, Jan was able to provide expertise and guidance to ensure it went as smooth as possible. In the end, we have exactly what we wanted and couldn’t be happier.
